With the support of Kovel sister city – Chamblee, GA (USA) and spacifically the Mayor Brian Mock we have created a comfortable, engaging and inclusive space CollabZONE for the youth of Kovel.
The space includes a co-working space, collabzone, a training hall and a cafe of our partners, the Spiceroom.
Our organization is dedicated to helping young people discover and develop their potential, acquire new skills, and build communities.
During our activity, we implemented 30+ projects in educational, cultural, and humanitarian areas. Within the framework of projects, we cooperate with local government, Ukrainian and international partners and donors.
International employment
The terms of the Interstate Agreement were implemented at the state level in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and the State Employment Service. The purpose of the Agreement is to prevent illegal labor migration of Ukrainian citizens, a large proportion of whom are, of course, young people.
Our team’s responsibilities include:
– organization of information campaigns together with the State Employment Service of Ukraine;
– assistance in protecting the labor rights of program participants in the process of their selection, drawing up contracts with employers. The main condition of the Agreement is that all employees must return to Ukraine no later than 5 years from the moment of making contact.
