Our team does not stand still – we are constantly developing to fulfill our mission even more effectively: to create opportunities for the development and self-realization of Volyn youth! And we have recently completed an important project that has become a real springboard for us.

🤔 What kind of project was it?

We implemented a project aimed at strengthening our institutional capacity. What does this mean? In simple words, we conducted an “audit” of our organization to understand where we are strong and where we need to become even better.

🔍 How did we do it?

• In-depth analysis: we conducted a thorough organizational audit. This is like a “medical examination” for the organization – it allows us to identify all the “pain points” and “growth areas”.
• Strategic planning: based on the audit, we developed a detailed Organizational Development Plan for 2025-2027. This is our roadmap for the coming years – a clear plan of action on how to become even more efficient.
• Teamwork: key members of our team gathered for a two-day session to discuss the audit results together, develop a common vision of the future, and tune in to the same wavelength.
• Expert support: We received valuable advice from experienced organizational development experts. Their advice helped us find the best solutions to our challenges.

💪 What will this bring to Great idea?

Thanks to this project, we

• Become even more united: working together on a development plan has united our team and strengthened team spirit.
• Clearly see our goals: we now have a clear action plan for the coming years and know how to achieve even more.
• We are ready for new challenges: we have optimized our internal processes, become more flexible and adaptive to changes.
• Increased efficiency: we can now implement our projects even better, including the development of our social enterprise CollabZONE, and help the youth of Volyn!

We believe that a strong organization is the key to successful projects and real change in society. We strive to be as efficient as possible to bring as much benefit to our community as possible. And this project has become an important step on this path for us.
