e continued to work in a difficult environment, overcoming difficulties, but with an unwavering belief that our efforts create real change for society. We are motivated by the understanding that every action, every project is an investment in the future of Ukraine, in its youth, communities and indomitable spirit.

This year has been important not only because of the challenges, but also because of the achievements we have managed to realize together with our partners. We are immensely grateful to international donors, NGOs, businesses, local governments and, of course, young people. It is thanks to this synergy that we were able to achieve our goals and even more.

One of the most striking achievements of 2024 was the opening of CollabZONE, a unique space that brings together young people, entrepreneurs, trainers, public figures and opinion leaders. It is not just a meeting place, but a platform for development, exchange of ideas and creation of new projects that change communities.

Another important step was the establishment of our social enterprise, which allowed us to diversify the organization’s sources of income. This project has become not only a financial pillar, but also a vivid example of how to ensure the sustainability of an organization while maintaining independence from exclusively international funding. We believe that this is only the beginning and are ready to share our experience with those who are looking for ways to achieve sustainable development.

For us, this year was also about partnerships for action.
We are sincerely grateful to our international and national partners – the mayor of Kovel’s sister city of Chamblee in the United States, Brian Mock, the European Endowment for Democracy (EED), CEDOS think tank and Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF), and the NGO Association of Youth Workers of Ukraine – for their invaluable support and cooperation in 2024. We would also like to thank our business partners: The Spiceroom Kovel, UAinet Internet provider, ADS-West, Intarsio furniture salon, Synergy Universe, and Office Center stationery store. Your cooperation and support have been key to achieving our common goals and developing important projects in the Volyn region.

We are open to new ideas and joint work that will help create the best possible living conditions for Ukrainians in Ukraine. We are confident that by joining forces we can achieve extraordinary results, and we are ready to move forward with you. Join us!
