The NGO “Great idea” announces a tender for the identification of a service provider for conducting an external assessment of organizational development and developing an organizational development plan based on the results obtained.
The purpose of this tender is to provide an assessment of the state of the organization, identify development needs and create a plan to increase the organizational capacity of the NGO “Great idea”.
Our expectations from the service provider:
1. Conducting an organizational audit to assess the organization’s current capabilities.
2. Facilitated two-day offline session for members of the organization in Kovel.
3. Provision of expert online consultations after the strategic session for the implementation and monitoring of the organizational development strategy.
4. Development of the organizational development plan for 2025-2027.
Term of service provision: November 2024 – January 2025.
Service providers wishing to participate in the tender must submit the following documents:
• your resume;
• price offer;
• approximate plan/programme of the session and consultations;
• optional: recommendations, letter of interest, etc.
The package of documents for participation in the tender must be sent by 18:00 on November 22, 2024 to the email address admin@ngogreatidea.com (with a note in the subject of the letter “tender_external evaluation”).
