Thanks to the support received, the center operated daily according to a defined schedule. A total of 34 individuals, including internally displaced persons, were involved in warehouse operations, working in separate work areas. This allowed for the optimization of the logistics system for receiving, sorting, documenting, and delivering goods to those in need in various parts of Ukraine.

An internal communication system was developed between warehouse departments and reporting for quick and efficient processing of assistance requests.

Over the course of the project, more than 110 tons of humanitarian cargo were received from international partners and delivered to those in need, supporting approximately 270,000 individuals. The provided humanitarian assistance included medical equipment, medical supplies, and medicines for healthcare facilities, tactical medicine, new and used clothing for orphanages and internally displaced persons, as well as food and hygiene items for internally displaced persons and the population in the front-line areas.
