“Leaders of the future 2.0” is an opportunity for 20 young people to join the volunteer club at the youth center, implement their own mini-project and reveal their potential in a team of like-minded people.
For an effective result, an important role is played by the trainer and his presentation of the material. Therefore, the first series of trainings on the topics “Youth volunteering”, “Leadership and development of soft skills” was conducted by Pavlo Medina, the head of the New Wings MC, a member of the board of the Association of Youth Centers of Ukraine, and a professional in his field.
During the project, the participants managed to become friends and understand that they are one powerful team whose job is to develop and implement their own ideas.
